Goa has always been synonymous with beaches and when one pictures Goa one pictures the land of beaches. Of course, being a coastal state that is quite evident. However, there are a lot of hidden gems within this gem. One cannot really spend time on a beach during the monsoons and what better time to explore the interiors of this wonderful state?

Rain, hail or sunshine the trek to the hidden waterfall and twin waterfalls will happen and there’s no better way to explore the flora and fauna than going on an adventurous trek. You will get to experience a different kind of magic in Goa as you tread off the beaten track

Trek Overview:

It will be a day full of wonderful experiences and insight. We begin the trip with a hearty breakfast at a spice farm in Ponda. We take you on a nature walk to help you build an appetite. We spend approximately forty five minutes here before heading off to our next stop which is more spellbinding.

The trek to the Virgin waterfall begins at 10:00 am. We will spend a good portion of the time here in the heart of nature. A hidden waterfall that only locals will know is one of the many gems Goa has in her crown. This natural Jacuzzi will have you awestruck. You can either dip your feet in the water while lazying on the rocks or you can go swimming. The rocks form a natural slide and you can have fun sliding into the cold water. You will then be served a delectable Veg or Non Veg biryani for lunch. You can either relax or return to the water before leaving the Virgin Waterfall.

We will then proceed to the Twin Waterfall. This walk takes approximately fifteen minutes. The Twin  waterfall gets its name because the water splits in two paths as it nears the bottom of the cliff. You can swim or paddle in the water if you wish. The water is tempting and not too many people can resist staying away from an exhilarating dive-in.

Along the way to the Virgin waterfall and Twin Waterfall you might get a chance to see monkeys and butterflies. Please do not interact with the monkeys. They are wild and most likely will attack you. Keep your food away from them to avoid any interactions with them. Try to avoid eye contact.
